Apple Watch battery life on watchOS 27

My Series 10 46mm Apple Watch (AW) now again can get through the entire day and night, and has enough for the morning school run. With watchOS 26 whenever I forget to give it a quick 20-minute charge before bed, it would die at night or in the early morning. I thought it was because my just 2-year-old AW battery had degraded; apparently, it’s watchOS 27.0.1. The battery is at 89% capacity.
